...please stick to the highways and the marked roads we're used to! We went in search of the Doña Juana waterfall today, and like most cool things in the middle of the island, we had to navigate through narrow winding mountain roads to get there. After a wrong turn or two we found it and it was pretty impressive, but the height made me really anxious. I tightly held onto Olivia afraid she'd somehow wriggle out of my arms and down onto the rocks #irrationalmommyfears. As you can see however, she couldn't even be bothered to wake up for the waterfall let alone jump into it.
Getting back involved more wrong turns, more steep narrow mountain roads without guardrails, and smoking brakes...but what's an adventure without a little danger? Just kidding, there was no danger (don't call DYFS!). And on the way home we saw a rainbow!
